Garibaldi Italian Restaurant & Bar’s tippling area has been given a makeover – Frag bar stools shipped in from Italy and customised, mirrored petal light fixtures have been installed, while the counter has been opened up for more personal interaction. A new ‘Stuzzichini al Bar’ menu, featuring prosciutto and mozzarella di bufala, has also been introduced for diners to enjoy with the signature Balsamic Mojito (strawberry, balsamic vinegar, Mount Gay rum), the Basil Caipirinha, Limoncelljito (limoncello, mojito-style) and any of the 6,000 bottles of wine from the cellar.
