Time Out says

Moving from Ann Siang Hill to Club Street, Zui Hong Lou (or Drunken Red House in English) has been given a new lease on life – complete with graffiti by local artist Rajesh Kumar. Brought to you by The Establishment, the same guys behind Gem Bar, Nutmeg & Clove and Wanton, Zui Hong Lou serves contemporary Asian food such as a variety of baos ($9) – there's braised pork belly, har chong gai, beef rendang, dory and organic Japanese yam – mapo tofu ($7) and deep fried seabass with scallions ($28). And it wouldn't be a drunken house without some cocktails. Expect familiar local flavours in drinks like Breakfast Club ($16), a mix of Mount Gay Eclipse, Averna-infused coffee, kaya oat milk, evaporated milk and egg yolk, and the Kopi Gin Tonic ($15) a refreshing tipple of Bankes Gin, espresso cold brew and tonic – combinations that will please even the grumpiest of kopitiam uncles.
