Racing fans, relish in the F1 inspired interior of Cove Stadium that comprises three sections – a lounge, a bistro-dining area and a bar.
The lounge is not only decorated with memorabilia of events and sporting greats from the past, but also houses English-style leather couches for you to recline upon as you watch races on a 12-foot screen.
The bistro spotlights a fiery red Ferrari F1 race car on which your eyes can feast on while you enjoy items such as crab cake ($20) – blue swimmer crab with grilled pineapple salsa, smoked baby back ribs ($28) smothered with a house BBQ sauce, and Cove wagyu burger ($38) – wagyu beef patty fille with foie gras, grilled Portobello mushrooms, crispy bacon, onion relish and truffle fries.
Sandwiched between the lounge and bistro is the bar area that includes an al fresco patio. House cocktails take on the theme with offerings such as grandstand ($18) – whisky, aperetivo, brown sugar cube and bitters, lady luck ($18) – Kettel citron vodka, bols elderflower, pineapple, strawberries and red devil ($18) – Pinnacle vodka, lychee liquer, raspberry, cranberry and lime.
