Time Out says

The brainchild of husband-and-wife team Jamie and Kristin Lim, E!ght Korean BBQ is the latest addition to the burgeoning Korean culinary scene in Singapore. Its signature 8 Colours Set ($98 for three to four diners) serves up slices of Berkshire pork belly in eight flavours such as yucha, plum, honey ginger and red pepper paste, along with complimentary servings of homemade banchan and seafood bean paste stew. Other notable highlights on the menu include the degustation Flower Pork Set ($68), Kimcheese fried rice ($20), a spin on the kimchi fried rice topped off with mozzarella, egg and bonito flakes, as well as, during lunch hours only, Chul Pan ($15-$17) with chicken, pork belly or beef brisket. A bonus element is that the waitstaff will come to your table to do all the cooking for you, so you can still watch the sizzling action but don't have to worry about whether or not your meats are done.

Leave some space for desserts, though - their bibimbap bingsu ($28) is a large serving of finely-shaved milk ice with toppings like strawberries, mangoes, oreo bits and marshmallows neatly placed in sections around, making it reminiscent of bibimbap.

Their table grills are designed to be placed at a slanted angle to allow excess oil to drain off down the bottom, and in an ingenious stroke, they have radish bits on hand to clean off the grills without scratching the metal. The restaurant is spacious and well-ventilated overall as well. A word of warning, though: do be prepared to be mesmerised by their extensive catalogue of K-pop music videos, which are shown across two TVs throughout the day.
