What better way to close the Week of Free than to throw a free party? We have 30 pairs of tickets up for grabs to a shindig on September 30, happening on the rooftop terrace of ME@OUE. Besides a stunning view of the Singapore skyline, you’ll get to enjoy free flow wine, beer and soft drinks from 7-10pm.
