Executive chef Rob Clark gets high marks from environmentalists for his sourcing of sustainable produce. The restaurant, however, turned ten years old in 2007 and is beginning to show its age - although if you're on the patio overlooking False Creek, you probably won't notice. Though laden with accolades and gushing reviews, C's reputation took a bit of knock after owner Harry Kambolis was quoted admitting the summer menu is dumbed down for tourists and that VIPs (including media) are served different dishes. It could be a pricey gamble if you don't resemble someone famous.
