A popular neighbourhood bistro with candlelight, wood panelling and mirror-lined walls, Café Luxy will satisfy any of your carb cravings with dozens of cheap and fresh pasta dishes - or choose from several daily specials. Portions are generous, and come with garlic bread and side salad. Decent breakfasts and lunch is a bargain.
