This swanky dining room is the showpiece in owner Jack Evrensel's collection of restaurants that include Blue Water Café, CinCin and Araxi in Whistler. But the kudos goes to former executive chef David Hawksworth, who left to prepare his own gaff - Hawksworth, in the Hotel Georgia redevelopment. Warren Geraghty, executive chef of London's L'Escargot took over the burners in February 2008.
