In this workshop we will practice feeling comfortable with instability and learn how to be less rigid and more buoyant as we learn the various stages of arm balancing: bakasana, parsva bakasana (crow and side crow), and handstanding!

This workshop is open to all students of various skill levels. Bring your childlike enthusiasm and let's have fun floating!
