Rachel Zucker is the author of nine books, most recently, a memoir, MOTHERs, and a double collection of prose and poetry,The Pedestrians. Her book Museum of Accidents was a finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award. Zucker teaches poetry at New York University. She is currently on a lecture tour as part of the Bagley Wright Poetry Lecture Series. Her lectures concern the intersection between poetry, confession, ethics and disobedience.

Vincent Scarpa is an MFA candidate in fiction at the Michener Center for Writers in Austin, Texas. His stories and essays have appeared in journals including Electric Literature, StoryQuarterly, Indiana Review, Brevity, and the Baltimore Review. He is the Managing Editor of The Austin Review and tweets at @vincentscarpa.

Sam Karas is a first-year poet and playwright in the Michener Center for Writers, a recent graduate of the University of Chicago, and participant in The Seminar for Younger Poets at Bucknell. She's originally from Nebraska but likes living in Austin just fine.

K.C. Sinclair is a Michener Fellow in fiction and screenwriting. Her work has been published by The Texas Observer and is forthcoming in The New Guard. Her stories have been finalists at The Masters Review and New Letters. This is her first reading ever.
