Bbq Cook Off 2015

The BBQ Cook-Off is a fun event for the public to attend, but also a great team building event for companies and groups who wish to participate. BBQ Teams compete in several contests, as well as provide BBQ to the public for sampling. Many teams will also set up elaborate tent spaces to welcome folks to join in on the fun. A team consists of one chief cook and up to four assistant cooks. Each team must provide their own BBQ pit. Set up will begin on Thursday, March 19th and the gates will open to the public on Friday morning. Awards Ceremony will take place on Sunday, March 22nd.
