The Houston-Austin Local presents its first panel dedicated to young performers. Career Basics for the Young Performer will cover what to look for in acting classes; commercial work; contracts; getting started; networking & promotional materials. Learn the basics. Ask the professionals. Discover strategies to protect the young actor and plan for the future.

Panelists include:
Trish Avery – SAG-AFTRA DFW Local Executive Director (via Skype)
Ray Bengston: Eyekool Photography Owner, Actor, and Director
Barbara Divisek: Producer, Casting Director, Former Talent Agent and Manager
Terry Kiser: Founder of Actors Arena, Veteran Actor

Pamela Weaver: Houston-Austin Local President and National Board Member, Moderator
