Enjoy a brunch inspired by Frank Reaugh: Landscapes of Texas and the American West. Chat with experts from the Ransom Center about the fall 2015 exhibition for an insider view revealing Frank Reaugh's adventures and artistic practices.

Chef Louis Ortiz will demonstrate campfire cooking techniques and traditions and will share recipes that pay tribute to camp cooks. The menu includes baby back ribs with chipotle barbeque sauce and a whole beef ribeye loin; a trio of sides: roasted potato salad, cast iron baked beans, and Nopalitos with bacon and pecans; and cast-iron seasonal berry cobbler.

Pre-payment and registration required online or by calling 512-206-1051. Register early, as class size is limited.

After the class, enjoy a docent-led public tour of the exhibition at 2 p.m. at the Ransom Center.
