Swan Dive says
Film Court is a new series in which we ask our favorite comedians to put beloved and hated films on trial for purported crimes against cinema. One comedian serves as the film's prosecutor while another serves as its defense, with yet another comedian sitting at the Judge's podium to moderate and host the debate. Audience members will be chosen at random to serve as the jury, deciding whether the case is strong enough to put the selected films away...for life.

Film Court makes its debut next week with the bold selection of the '80s classic The Goonies. Judge Pat Dean will be presiding as we hear Kat Ramzinski's case against the beloved kid comedy-- will the film be convicted for charges of child actor endangerment, unlawful use of trite slogans and token xenophobia? Or will defense attorney Avery Reed Moore triumph? Tune in to this free, booze soaked event to find out!
