This practice has been shown to help release negative patterns of behavior and thought, help calm the nervous system and uncover the capacity to meet life with a deep underlying ease.

We will take time to explore the foundations of this practice and its application to you as a practitioner. This experiential workshop will include discussion, sharing, short practices including gentle movement, as well as a longer guided iRest yoga nidra practice to close our time together.

This workshop is open to all ages, all levels, as well as the new and experienced practitioner. Sheila is looking forward to sharing the gems of this beautifully healing and nourishing practice with you.
