Do you feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Do you seek to know a place within that is whole and at ease no matter the circumstance? At times do you feel unclear of your direction and purpose?

The pace of life can be fast and full leaving little time for truly feeling how we are and where we are headed. In this five week series, we will explore how to touch into a sense of inner resource, intention and well-being in daily life. We will also explore methods of relaxation and meditation as a way to live with ease, resilience and renewed creativity.

Class will include a combination of discussion, sharing and ending with a longer guided iRest yoga nidra practice. You will receive an audio of the weekly guided practices for your home use. My hope is for you to leave with the tools, inspiration and experience to carry this exploration into your life.
