Welcome back!

Are you ready for the first Shabbat of the semester? We are! We want to welcome everyone back with a Shabbat dinner to remember. Galit, our new chef, is bringing Moroccan and Yemenite delicacies to our traditional Shabbat table.

Take a look at the savory menu:
-Israeli salads (madbucha, chumus, and babaganush)
-Burekas with ground beef with mushrooms sauce
-Burekas with veggies with mushroom sauce
-Tanzia- slow cooked beef with dry fruits served in a bed of couscous
-fresh veggie salad
-Dessert - Moroccan cigars (filo dough filled with sweet nuts)

Services start at 7:00 PM. We have Reform, Conservative, and Orthodox services, as well as a discussion about Judaism and social justice. Pick which ever one suits your fancy. Students are also welcome to shmooze in the lobby! After services, around 8:00 PM, we will all join together for a FREE dinner. You are more than welcome to come to dinner if you can't make it to services!
