Returning once again to Austin’s best venue, Empire Autos, we’re doubling down on our biggest SX lineup ever, taking over both the outdoor Empire Garage space and the adjacent Empire Control Room next door. Inside, we’ve got a one-two punch of hometown heroes in VÉRITÉ and Alex Winston starting things off, before San Francisco’s finest, Cathedrals, go back-to-back with the people’s champion Tunji Ige, and the UK’s Sound of 2015 winners Years & Years close things out with our resident partystarters ASTR in the late night. Then outside, we’ve got Australian heatseekers Tigertown jumpstarting the night early, before our international Class of 2015 takes center stage with Swedish sensation Seinabo Sey and France’s own force majeure – and one of the best live performers we’ve ever seen – Christine And The Queens lending a regal air to the proceedings. The grand finale is really something else though, as a triple crown headline for the ages tops the marquee with live sets from our very own Marina & The Diamonds, MS MR and The Knocks making this one for the record books. It’s all going down from 7pm until 2am on Saturday March 21st, and presented in partnership with our good friends at PRIV, who’ve gone above and beyond to make the whole event possible this year. They’ll be on site serving up all manner of special treatments to keep everyone on point and our artists looking fresh-to-death, and we’ve got them to thank for enabling us to go twice as big with our signature SX show this year. RSVP is now open via our friends at Austin Party Weekend, so pay them a visit and come out *EARLY* to ensure entry. This one will reach capacity very quickly, so don’t get shut out and make sure you’re in the right place to close your SXSW out in style this year.
