Join us for way more than your typical yoga class! Are you run-down? Dragging through your day? Feeling weighed down by emotional and mental baggage? Join us for a gentle class that will use breath and simple movements to help lighten your load and shake off some of the winter blahs, followed by a deep relaxation to send you back into your life lighter, brighter, and open to the renewal of spring.

No experience required. All levels of ability welcome! Wear something you can breathe comfortably in and bring mats, pillows, and blankets to make you comfortable on the floor. Chairs are also available for those who prefer them.

About the Instructor: Dr. Jo Eckler is a licensed clinical psychologist and registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) who has worked with veterans and civilians for over ten years helping them recover from PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other issues. She believes that yoga is for everybody, regardless of age, size, gender expression, level of fitness, physical impairments, experience, etc. She combines yoga, therapy, mentoring and life coaching in her work. She loves helping people do things they didn't think they could do, both on and off the mat.
