The event creator says
The Membranes
The Membranes were an influential 80’s UK post-punk band who recently reformed for the ATP festivals in the UK at the request of firstly My Bloody Valentine and then Shellac. they are on tour behind their new album DARK MATTER/DARK ENERGY, their first since 1989 (out on Cherry Red Records).

Coma In Algiers
nearly ten years old, this ATX sextet released their fourth album earlier this year, HAPPY FOREVER (out on A Wicked Company), to high praise: "Here is a band, a half-dozen members strong, toiling for the grace of toil, possessing all the markings of an all-time landmark heavy aggressive rock band, while sounding like exactly ZERO that have come before." (Doug Mosurock, Still Single)

False Idol
playing a profound song cycle solo & with friends, recording a beautiful album with friends (coming out on Super Secret Records) and playing in multiple bands past & present (NAZI GOLD & The Dead Space, to name two) is not enough for Quin Galavis -- joined by Brandon Crowe (The Gospel Truth) and Clarke Wilson (Bangaar), the three form into False Idol.
