Join us for a delectable five course beer pairing dinner with food prepared by Chef Jen (The Ginger Armadillo). The dinner will feature 4 limited releases and 1 beer from our regular lineup, paired as follows.

Joie d'Été (lemon lavender saison) – Divine Providence
herbs de Provence & duck mousse pate on wild mushroom puff pastry w/ caramelized shallot jam & crispy lavender

Holiday (spiced winter ale) – Love and the Devil
sweet potato & barley grain crepes topped w/ clove & cinnamon cured “deviled” ham & goat cheese custard

Thorhildur (quadrupel aged on oak) – Ménage á Trois
crispy duck confit, bruleed black mission fig, & triple cream blue Castello cheese tarte w/ frisee salad

Schoppe Private Stock (heller weizenbock) – Apple of my Eye
apple wood smoked leg of lamb stuffed w/ herbs, apples, & fennel & Koval apple brandy demi-glace
