18th Earth Day Fair

To celebrate Earth Day, the Parc de la Ciutadella fills up every year with stalls that serve to bring attention to the damage modern society is doing to natural and social systems and to propose alternatives and ways to respect and conserve our planet. There are also, of course, always food stalls with the typical fair food (featuring veggie burgers, and things cooked on sticks), handmade clothes and accessories, and usually another interesting form of transportation that doesn't suck up oil or other precious resources. If nothing else, it's a fun day out in the park for everyone, as there's also music and shows.
