It’s celebrating its twentieth anniversary this year, and during that time, the skill of its managers has earned it quite a few accolades, while the hotel where it is located has moved on up to four stars. It’s therefore the ideal place to spend a few days, but if you only come here for a meal, I recommend the confit duck leg from Santa Maria de Merlès with bundles of stuffed green cabbage from Manresa, or the toasted noodles with sausage and squid.
