Welcome to Bourbon & Black a ground breaking new Kitchen & Bar situated in Didsbury Village, Manchester. Our ground floor bar and terrace takes it’s inspiration from “Bourbon” and American whiskeys, from eras both old and contemporary, specialising in unique and rare Bourbons, Rye and Sour Mash Whiskeys as well as a list of exclusive cocktails.
A walk up the stairs leads to our first floor restaurant with theatre kitchen and eclectic lofty surroundings. Our open “Black” coal and wood burning flame grill is inspired by primitive cooking methods using locally sourced and seasonal products including a selection of meats, fish and bird. Chef’s Specials include slow cooked melt-in-your-mouth dishes as well as specials from our Smoker “Elizabeth” and a Bourbon & Black signature steak.
