An open invitation for people who wish to explore the fundamentals of yoga, or a inspire their memory with a refresher for those of you who have experience in yoga and would simply like to get involved again. Our door is always open to anyone who is passionate about self-love :)
Kicking the day off is our beautiful instructor Tanaya, leading the workshop and guiding you into heavenly re-balance. Also including some super tasty complimentary organic, vegan lunch and yummy treats brought to us kindly by our friends at our home-brand
