    With a front-row seat to Kamala Beach, InterContinental’s Sunday brunch combines seafood, live cooking stations and generous beverage packages with the polished service and attention to detail you'd expect from one of Phuket's leading resorts.

    The location is a big part of the appeal but its tendency to stretch long into the afternoon is probably an even bigger draw. Before long, shoes have been kicked off, another plate has mysteriously appeared and plans for the rest of the day have quietly disappeared.

    Book the hom × Haōma dinner

    At hom in InterContinental Phuket Resort, chef Marcelo Baruch joins Deepanker ‘DK’ Khosla of Bangkok’s Michelin-starred and Green Star-awarded Haōma for a one-night dinner. Haōma’s contemporary Indian cooking draws on its urban aquaponics farm and a ‘Grow to Give Back’ approach; hom works with local ingredients and fermentation. That makes the meeting of the two kitchens more interesting than the usual guest-chef namecheck. The draft bills it as nine courses, but the published event listing does not confirm the course count or a dish-by-dish menu. Ask hom for the final menu if that matters to your booking.
