Michelin-starred and green-starred PRU’s community-to-fork approach puts Thailand’s ingredients and producers at the centre of the meal. Its 10th anniversary week, The Gathering, brings Jimmy Ophorst together with guests including HAOMA’s Deepanker ‘DK’ Khosla, Riley Sanders and La Crique’s Worawit ‘Notty’ Rattanachoochok. For this weekend, Thursday’s HiDEAWAY Farm Lunch teams JAMPA with ROYD and HEH for a six-hands meal, followed by PRU’s evening reunion with Riley Sanders, ROYD and Château Musar. Friday brings The Dutch Connection with Syrco Bakker and Notty; Saturday’s Grande Finale is already fully booked. On Sunday, the chefs leave their dungeons for The Farm Festival at PRU Jampa Farm at Tri Vananda, where the ticket includes a dish from each of 12 chef stations. Farmers, growers and artisans join the gathering, with workshops, children’s activities, live music and a DJ session rounding out the day. There’s your Sunday lunch sorted.
