Ring in the Year of the Horse (or simply ring in a good dinner) with Open Kitchen’s special Cantonese Peking Duck sharing set that’s so good you’ll be grabbing seconds. The star of the table is, of course, the golden Peking duck, served with signature crispy skin, tender meat and traditional accompaniments. But it doesn’t stop there. The set also includes a refreshing Chinese cucumber salad dressed with garlic, black vinegar and soy, plus a wok-tossed chilli and garlic duck dish layered with oyster sauce, black beans and Chinese wine.
