A true Cape Town legend this, and the scene of many a messy late night - or early morning. There's a small bar and pool table downstairs, and more up top in a warren of cosy interconnecting spaces. Be careful of the stairs because drinks from the friendly barmen at the five bars are strong enough to put a wobble in your knees before you know it. The kitchen is open from 6pm till 3am serving burgers, toasted sarmies and the famous Papa Luke's chilli poppers. Highly recommended for a night out that's casual and informal, and extremely high on the fun scale.
