To make up for the heftier price tag, more snack options like nachos and coffee are available at Ster-Kinekor's 'Classic' cinemas. Half-price Tuesdays for movie club members does help to lessen the financial blow, however. This deal makes Tuesday the cinema's most popular night, so it's best to book in advance.

Ek was al soveel kere by Tygervallei- Ster-Kinekor. Vir baie kere lank gewag vir die verversings om bedien te word. Die kassiere wat die bestellings neem en die kontant ontvang, is te min om te werk. Kan gerus nog meer opmaak, omdat daar 'n stormloop van kliente is

I really think that the service at your refreshments counter is beyond pathetic. We had tickets to watch the 17h45 Vrou Soek Boer movie, we arrived at the refreshments counter at 17h15, there were 6 couples in front of us. We were only helped 17h48 and received our goodies at 17h56, which made us more tha 10 minutes late to see the movie.
This is totally unacceptable.
The one guy was folding the boxes where the combo's had to come in, which I stongly suggest you do BEFORE the movie rush, the other two people serving at the counter was working like snails. The one guys chatting merely to 3 young girls asking what movie they are going to watch etc.
I have been at many theathres and believe me not one has ever had such bad service.

I'm not the only client behind me was a couple also complaining, talked to the manager or a woman overseeing the refreshment counter and she just shrugged her shoulders, told the guy folding the boxes to help them, but they still had to wait for the other 2 cashiers to put payment through.

I am very disappointed, then you blame people for buying their own food, who has 40+ minutes to stand in your queue?
