The word 'beaulah' means beautiful in the local gay-speak and describes perfectly many of the customers at this quaint bar/club. Girl-power abounds, although often with boys in tow. Locals mainly go here as a warm-up to a more serious night on the town, but that means getting drinks at the bar can take some time when the place is full. The dancefloor is small and set back but the DJs dish up healthy servings of commercial hits and floor-fillers.
