This medieval fantasy/Lord of the Rings-themed venue is the portal to neighbouring Gotham and ROAR live music venue upstairs. Gotham is where the coffin kids hang out - those gorgeous creatures of the night with the luminously pale skin, black-rimmed eyes and tight, studded PVC and leather gear. Every Friday Reanimator plays alternative indie-rock, with other nights dedicated to EBM and/or industrial goth complete with smoke machines and strobe lights. Gandalf's itself is slightly tamer and more middle of the road.
