The winter months usually serve as a respite from the busy summer music festival season, but that hasn't stopped the folks at Lincoln Hall and Schubas from organizing the Tomorrow Never Knows festival in January for the past 11 years. Taking place at multiple venues across the city, the festival makes a point of showcasing rising acts in intimate settings, including artists like Jessie Ware, San Fermin and Sharon Van Etten who now draw much larger crowds.

The 2015 edition of Tomorrow Never Knows will take place January 14–18, staging multiple concerts and comedy shows each night. While there's still no official lineup (typically it's released in October), $75 early-bird passes for all five days of the festival went on sale earlier today. We generally don't advise snatching up tickets before a lineup materializes, but Tomorrow Never Knows has a solid record of booking great bands in venues that they'll soon outgrow.
