Love this local pub. Good food, service and people from all walks of life. Love the live jazz on Sunday's!
Gorgeous and real pub. One could wile away for hours on their sofas (some more comfortable than others), eating well, drinking better and a fantastic venue for watching sport! Well done Albert
The beer selection is great, the Sunday roasts are delicious and the staff are always friendly! I love coming here.
An absolute gem of a pub, with such fantastic food, the best roast I've ever had and the staff are so helpful and friendly.
Always enjoy visiting this place. It's cosy and comfortable and they also happen to serve the best burger in London
The friendliest staff, and such a groovy place to hang out. We go here every week with our kids and we're so grateful to have a cool place to relax.
Great pub, amazing snacks, love the bar staff. Quirky decor, nice music, nice/friendly crowd and an option to sit outside.
I have been eating & drinking in here for years. I love the atmosphere, it's a proper pub and these are dying out these days. Great selection of beers, ales & ciders. Great entertainment. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced. I love the staff friendly, great service and I get spoilt and well looked after by the staff here.
The Royal Albert is a great local pub. It has a relaxing atmosphere and the bar staff are so friendly that every time you go in it's like you never left. The range of ales and ciders rivals anything you'll find in Shoreditch or Hackney. If you're feeling peckish,be sure to check out the food menu - including the impressive veggie options. Put all of this together with its exceptional Sunday-night live bands - French Romani folk, Afro Beats or Jazz - the Albert has it all - and you have a diamond hidden in the plain sight of the busy New Cross Road!
Top beer list, great atmosphere, comfortable sofas, helpful friendly staff. Brilliantly eclectic playlist.
Best pub in SE London, hands down! And that assistant manager...Who doesn't love a bit of eye candy with their drink!
