Bars & Pubs

  • Nag's Head

  • It's unusual to see a landlord's name plastered on the front of a pub, but then there aren't many like Kevin Moran left in the trade. The Nag's Head reflects Moran's exuberant eccentricity, both by design (mobiles are banned; the walls are cluttered with everything from cartoons to baseball reports, garden tools to vintage penny-slots) and, most strikingly, by accident (the rooms could scarcely be wonkier, one stepped awkwardly above the other with a bar that somehow serves them both). The ale is from Adnams and only OK, but the appeal of this place isn't really to do with the beer.

Me and my boyfriend visited this pub Oct 08 on Timeouts recommendation adn we were pleased we did, it is set in a quiet little quaint street, beautiful infact you wouldnt think you had just walked off busy street in Knightsbridge. Loved the pub, bar staff were very friendly and the lager was good, it actually had a head on, which you dontn normally get in London haha def worth a visit and I will def be back on my next visit to London
