If you didn't make use of last year's fake blood over the weekend, then now's your chance as 100 zombies are rocking up in King's Cross tonight for a Halloween flashmob to the music of Michael Jackson’s ‘Thriller’. Don't worry if it's been a few years since your last attempt at dancing along to the King of Pop's famous video in your living room, ‘zombie teachers’ will be standing on podiums to show you how it's done.

The canal steps in front of Granary Square will double up as a spooky graveyard lit up with glowing fountain jets and simulated fog – though that might not be necessary judging by this morning's weather.

And if you don't fancy heading home after, King's Cross bar Spiritland will be serving up snakebites accompanied by a soundtrack of heavy metal with DJs Michael Hann and Robin Turner.

All the ghoulish action kicks off at 5pm on Monday October 31 at Granary Square. The flashmob starts at 6.30pm.
