The Team GB and ParalympicsGB athletes broke their own records this year in Rio, with the Olympians winning 67 medals (two more than in 2012) and the Paralympians scooping up a whopping 147 medals - 27 more than last time. To celebrate all their hard work, there's going to be a huge parade in Trafalgar Square today. It kicks off at 1pm and will see around 350 of Team GB and ParalympicGB athletes take part in a procession, including Mo Farah, the Brownlee Brothers and the newly retired Jessica Ennis-Hill. It's free to attend and they'll also be showing snippets of the Rio Olympic Games so you can relive the glory of the summer.
