Orange Tree Theatre review Rate it

Starting life as a lunchtime pub venue in Richmond in 1971, Orange Tree Theatre graduated to a bigger, 170-seat space across the road in the early '90s. It's here that it established itself as a permanent theatre in the round, hosting productions solely performed as such. As well as reviving forgotten texts and showcasing new material, Orange Tree prides itself on turning out well-trained directors - Dominic Hill, Sean Holmes, Timothy Sheader -- from its Trainee Director scheme and working with children between 6 and 18-years old on the plays of Shakespeare
