New-York Historical Society , Upper West Side Friday November 27 2015
Cozy up in the Barbara K. Lipman Children’s History Library for a program that teaches kids about New York and American history through readings and activities. In November, each workshop is inspired by a different character: Learn all about Batman (Nov 3, 6), Wonder Woman (Nov 10, 13), Iron Man (Nov 17, 20) and the Powerpuff Girls (Nov 24, 27). At each event, kids will create heroic accessories like capes and gadget bracelets to go along with a superhero costume. Ages 3 to 5.
