The seaside New York Aquarium, which suffered incalculable damage during Hurricane Sandy, reopens for the first time since the storm on Saturday, May 25. We got a first look at the iconic Coney Island spot, which is not fully open yet, yesterday. Click through our slide show to see the Aquarium's seals and penguins, in the outdoor exhibits; the stingrays of Glover Reef, also reopening; and the new Amphitheater, where frolicking sea lions perform daily. Then make plans to welcome our fine-feathered, finned and flippered friends back in person this Memorial Day weekend.
Currently, the New York Aquarium admission costs $9.95, under 3 free.
