Renderings of the Crayola Experience

If you're already starting to make summer day trip plans, you'll want to put the new Crayola Experience in Easton, Pennsylvania on your family's list. The spot, formerly known as the Crayola Factory, is being completely redesigned and will reopen to the public on Memorial Day weekend. (The current Crayola attraction is closed for construction; design work is being done by the same team that worked on Coca-Cola World and Legoland.) Kids—and parents!—can look forward to four floors of activities—learn how crayons are made, customize coloring pages, slide down a crayon box slide, create a ring out of crayon wax, watch a live theater show, make puzzles, print a personalized crayon label, pose in a photo booth and more. Also on the menu: the Cafe Crayola, including Crayola-inspired foods like colorful cupcakes, and the biggest Crayola Store in the world.

Scroll through our slide show, above, to check out renderings of the new Crayola Experience and stay posted to our site for updates on the new spot as opening day approaches. Want to plan ahead? Tickets are already on sale—click here for information.
