New York Philharmonic Young People's Concerts

"Fables and Folktales" gives mini maestros a chance to explore scores that tell whimsical tales such as Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf" and R. Strauss's "Till Eulenspiefel's Merry Pranks." Before the interactive show, kids can even make some music of their own, meet the musicians, try out different instruments and play tuneful games. Stay tunes for other upcoming themes, including "Myths and Legends," "Babble and Verse" and "Story and Song." Ages 6 to 12.
