Good news if your kid is still riding on a Halloween sugar rush: There’s tons to do this weekend! Celebrate Day of the Dead at the National Museum of the American Indian, cheer for runners in the NYC marathon and visit the just-opened Canstruction exhibit at the World Financial Center, where massive sculptures are made entirely of donated goods.
