Not even frigid winter temps deter frozen-yogurt diehards. Perhaps with that in mind,
16 Handles
is opening its second NYC location this weekend. Just like the downtown original, the new Upper East Side outpost will offer 16 flavors and 40-plus toppings, all self-serve. Stop by on opening day, Saturday, January 15, for a chance to win raffle prizes (including an iPad) and take home photo-booth snaps (1--5pm).
