"Days Inn"

Curated by Justine Kurland, this exhibition collects photos, prints and installations, dating from the 1940s to the present, all of which are related somehow to the theme of the roadside motel as a metaphor for "varying contradictions in everyday life." Louise Bourgeois, Cindy Sherman and Gillian Wearing are among the featured artists in the show, which coincides with Kurland's solo exhibit at the gallery's Chelsea location.
