This gallery near the Hudson was launched in 2005 by a husband-and-wife team, both longtime directors on the Chelsea scene. Their wide range of experience, coupled with a keen eye, translates to a young international stable that includes painter Matthias Dornfeld (who limns darkly colorful primitivistic portraits and still lifes) and Alexandre Singh (whose rebuslike, flow-chart installations of images are comprised of Xeroxes taken from found sources).
