Australian gallerist Simon Lee opened his eponymous space in a former car showroom in London in 2002. His New York branch (Lee also has an outpost in Hong Kong) opened at its current uptown location in 2013. Lee reps an international roster of major contemporary artists spanning several generation. The list of artists he’s shown include Larry Clark, Donald Judd and Christopher Wool.
