The second installment of "Learning in New York"—the Historic District Council's three-part examination of NYC educational buildings—takes attendees to Chinatown. There, you'll visit institutions designed by C.B.J. Snyder, who served as superintendent of school buildings from 1891 to 1923. Other stops include the public libraries at Chatham Square and Seward Park.
