Explore Gotham’s history as a suds producer, with stops at the beer makers of New Amsterdam, the hop farms of 19th-century New York State, and pre- and post-Prohibition brewhouses across the city. The exhibit concludes with its own beer hall (Tue–Thu, Sat 2–6pm; Fri 2–8pm; Sun 2–5pm). Weekly tastings with NYS brewers are scheduled through the summer (Sat 2, 4pm; $35).
