Ray Burns opens a second beer bar across the street from his suds-soaked garden, the Sixth Ward. The new spot, its walls lined with reclaimed barn wood, serves six brews on tap, including craft ales like Goose Island IPA, along with labels like Stella and Guinness. Soccer fans can catch events like the World Cup on one of two projector screens while nibbling on dishes such as a smoked ham, cheddar and red-onion panino.
